The Great Valley of Ruby
This fertile valley blooms every two years, turning the landscape into a red glassy sea. Phoenix birds migrate here for the mating season. A powerful human merchant kingdom used to thrive here, collecting and selling feathers, wine, and dye to the Elves. It is said the ruins of this kingdom still keep silent watch over this hidden valley.
The Instruments of the Godess
Nethys, Godess of music created five great and powerful instruments, and scattered them across the world as inspiration for songs, music, and great deeds. They appear and disappear throughout history, taking many forms and leaving wonder and legendary tales in their wake.
The Spellbook of Hilbree
Queen Ildiko passed the Spellbook of Hilbree to her daughter Isla. The spellbook only passes to the firstborn female descendants of Ildiko Kia. Today the wielder of the book is a closely guarded secret, the true descendant being a mystery to all but a handful of High Elf nobility.
Staff of Pacifica
The Staff of Pacifica was gifted to the Tritons at the request of the deities Cxalla and Eghrodro. He did this in exchange of the two deities owing him a debt. It was stolen from the Triton by individuals and reasons unknown and its whereabouts lost to time.
Black Bloodstones of K’thikk
After K’thikk’s banishment, those who would become his first cultists stole some of his crystallized blood. They worship it, and use it in rituals to brainwash new cultists. The blood is highly corruptive and known to cause growing addiction to corruptive magics and eventual insanity as the victim eventually attempts to find the Black Gate in desperation.
The Sword Solasim
Erestodh the Aasimar was a renowned Paladin and Blacksmith. As a gift to Wisym, he created Solasim, an exceptionally powerful holy sword. It was later lost in the desert of Sumalis.
The Crystal City
This legendary city located in the center of Karakavia is the largest trade hub in the world. It is the center of learning, housing the legendary Academia Ourabest, the only university to teach all schools of magic. It was built by Wisym, and because of what happened to him in Sumalis, he still rules it. The mighty crystals into which the city is carved are in and of themselves the stuff of legend worthy of a pilgrimage that draws many thousands through its gates every year.
The Black Gate
The Gate itself is gigantic, almost a full half mile across. It is bordered with massive stone slabs carved in Eldritch runes. The gate consists of a swirling black liquid that gives off a sickening green mist. Tendrils of the ooze spill into the swamp and jungle surrounding it, slowly corrupting the surrounding countryside.
Dragonspire
Nestled at the peak of the Dragonspire mountains, this city is built into the rocky peak of the mountain itself, with the Grand Palace of the Empress of Dragons dominating the highest point. Below her palace and scattered around the city are the minor palaces of the Dragon Queens, where the Queen of each Clan resides.
The Old Forest of Frensland
The home of the legendary druid Tureilen Frensland, his druidic power and life’s work turned the area into a deeply magical and wondrous forest, where many mythical creatures reside. In the millenia since his death, the forest has become old and dangerous, but has never lost its magical nature and allure.
Sea of Corruption
The center of the former containment of K’thikk and birthplace of the Triton, this area of the sea is fully corrupted. Seagoing vessels do their best to avoid going anywhere near it, due to corrupt monsters, unstable winds, and unexpected and deadly storms.
