It Sounded Better In My Head

His Last Crusade

His Last Crusade

[This campaign is designed to be a ‘world tour’ with a little bit of everything, but mostly large scale exploration and travel.]

An elderly Paladin Nobleman wishes to see the Crystal City and become the Arch Paladin there. However, he is about as far as it’s possible to get from Karakavia, and he wants to “visit the sites and sights” on the way. The ‘route’ however, is to dangerous and demanding to traverse alone even were he a Paladin in his prime of youth, let alone as a now elderly wealthy nobleman. Oh, but there’s one minor catch. There’s a reason he has to visit these specific places. Only one position is available for Arch Paladin, and any prospective applicant must have been to all of these places in a verified way. Well, there is one other thing. He’s not the only one going after the position, and the first one to complete the list gets the job… And not all the applicants play nice.
